Today is Theme Day at City Daily Photo and the theme is 'People Watching'. I thought this pic was suitable! Taken at Gloucester Docks, I have used the tilt shift effect to make all the people into tiny toy-like figures. I hope you like it! You can see all the other submissions to the theme, here

Hah! That effect does the strangest things to my eyes, Lyn. It is very clever, and certainly makes the crowd into a sort of 3_D flash mob!

I really love this effect Lynn. Is it the Tilt-Shift effect in Photoshop? You could teach a class in it!
